Mission
The mission of the Boston Terrier Club of New York is to protect, preserve and improve the Boston Terrier breed now and for the future. The members of the club put the welfare of the breed above any individual's interest or gains. We attempt to honestly protect and promote our wonderful Breed, and also want to educate those who are interested in Boston Terriers.

The K. Eileen Hite, MD Memorial Trophy was retired at our Sunday, February 12, 2012 Specialty Show, being won by Ms. Adrienne Hullender, whose dog MBISS GCH CH Fiveforks’ Geometry Matters At Kayas won Best of Breed at the Boston Terrier Club of New York Specialty show 3 times, once in 2011 and twice in 2012. The Hite trophy had been in place as a Challenge Trophy since 2007. Hearty congratulations to Adrienne and Matt on this stellar achievement!
In 2013, a new Boston Terrier Club of New York Best of Breed Challenge Trophy will be in place…The Dorothy P. Gomes Memorial Trophy. As with the Hite trophy, the Dorothy P. Gomes Memorial Trophy is for permanent possession by the owner who wins Best of Breed at the Boston Terrier Club of New York Specialty Show 3 times, not necessarily consecutively, and not necessarily with the same dog. The challenge starts anew in 2013….Good Luck to all our Exhibitors!
